At Decision Mortgage we offer both
No Income Verification and No Doc Mortgage Loans. The No Income
or Stated Loan Program is ideal for the borrower who is self employed
or a commissioned employee. The No-Doc loan is geared towards
borrowers that do not fit traditional underwriting guidelines,
but have excellent credit. Additional No Income loan programs
are available for borrowers with less than perfect credit under
our B, C and D program guidelines.
